Racine County Behavioral Health Services provides a comprehensive array of mental health and substance abuse services including outpatient evaluations, psychotherapy and counseling, and has licensed therapists and substances abuse counselors on staff to assist county residents. Cost of services is based on ability to pay. ​

NAMI Racine County is a local organization of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). NAMI seeks to improve the quality of life of all individuals affected by mental illness and to promote recovery in the community by focusing on three key areas: advocacy, education, and support.
