Advancing Family Assets (AFA)
AFA is designed to support participants with one on one coaching, connect participants with community resources and develop an individual success plan to help participants set goals in the areas of health, income, and education.
- Finances (build credit, savings & budgeting)
- Employment and job skills (resume, interviewing and resources to help with job search)
- Mental health (stress & anxiety management)
- Physical health (nutrition & exercise )
Participants develop personalized success plans with weekly one-on-one coaches to help identify their strengths, access resources, and draw a map to achieve their goals.
To be eligible for this program you must be an adult with a minor child under 17 and living in Racine County in the 53403, 53405 or 53406 zip codes.
