Advancing Family Assets (A.F.A)
The Advancing Family Assets (AFA) program serves families with minor children in the 53403 or 53405 zip codes who are looking to advance in areas of income, education, and health.
Clients develop personalized success plans with weekly one-on-one coaches to help harness their strengths, access resources, and draw a map to achieve their goals.
To be eligible for this program you must be a young adult from ages 17-28 living in Racine County, or a child under 17 that is living in a 53403 or 53405 zip code.
