BABES
BABES is a seven lesson substance abuse prevention program for 1st and 2nd grade children. The program helps children develop valuable coping skills. It is delivered in a comprehensive way for young minds through stories and the use of puppets. Crafts and activities reinforce each lesson.
Class Action
Class Action is an eight-ten session classroom curriculum for high school students. Underage drinking is presented as a community wide problem, giving students the opportunity to debate the legal intricacies of alcohol related cases involving teenagers. Class Action emphasizes broader social and legal consequences of underage drinking, rather than the usual focus of individual responsibility.
Keep A Clear Mind
Keep A Clear Mind is a five session substance abuse prevention program for 3rd & 4th graders. This program gives parents an opportunity to participate in the education process. Assignment books are given to the students to be completed by the student and an adult. Research shows that parents are still the most influential people in a child's life.
Keepin' It REAL
Keepin' It REAL is an evidence based prevention program designed to increase drug resistance skills among middle school students. The program teaches students how to say No to substance use through practical, easy-to-remember and to use strategies represented by the acronym REAL-Refuse, Explain, Avoid, and Leave.
Little Jill
Little Jill is a puppet show presented to children that teaches medication safety. Children learn who should give them medication and how hard it can be to distinguish between medicine and candy. A memorable song helps the children remember the message of "Little Jill".
